Hello~

This shall be my first post. I started this blog because I want to keep my best recipes in one spot. this blog shall be my go to place for my collection of recipes :) Moreover, i really really have to start learning how to cook and bake!

My name is Amalina and I looooovveeee eating! but I'm practically very clueless when it comes to cooking and baking as the title says. I'll be heading off to uni in a month's time (Oct 2011) so i need to learn quick. Guidance and comments are appreciated. but demotivate me and shoo you go!
